Here at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Therapeutic Foster Care in Rutland we are looking for a Foster Care Parent Recruiter/Home Finder who will be responsible for the oversight of our foster homes and the valuable people in them. The individuals we care for include children and adolescents with significant and challenging special needs. We offer support and supervision for our team members.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Recruitment, assessment, selection, pre-service training, licensing and re-licensing of therapeutic foster homes.
Maintain and manage caseload of therapeutic foster homes through monthly visits, ongoing support and training.
Recruit foster families by engaging on social media platforms, advertising and attending community events.
License and relicense foster homes.
Ensure foster homes stay in compliance according to regulations.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday Day shift with flexibility
Hybrid role, able to work in the office, home, and requires travel to visit foster homes/trainings

Qualifications
Recuirements:
BA or BS in Human Services related field
21 years of age or older
Valid Drivers License & reliable transportation
Must be able to obtain a licensed social worker (LSWA or higher) within 6 months of hire, unless you're currently on a work visa, in which case you will need the LSWA prior to interview
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must have excellent interpersonal skills; and must have the ability to work with persons from various ethnic backgrounds
