$2,000 sign-on bonus ( Sign on bonus for external applicants only)

Devereux Pennsylvania Childrens Services center serves children, adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual and developmental disabilities, behavioral, emotional and psychiatric challenges and disorders. Located in Glenmoore, West Chester and Malvern Pennsylvania, our services provided include psychiatric residential treatment (PRTF), Residential Treatment (RTF), assessment services, community-based mental health services, community-based employment training and social skills training, and educational services to male and female children and adolescents (6-21 years of age) with diagnoses of intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, concomitant psychiatric and behavioral challenges often associated with experiencing some level of trauma in their lives.

Qualifications
Must have a valid Registered Nurse license with no restrictions in Pennsylvania (or eligible to obtain).
At least (1) year of relevant experience with children and/or adolescents desired.
Valid CPR/First Aid Certification.
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidates understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) COVID-19 vaccine mandate requires staff without an approved medical or religious exemption to be fully vaccinated to be employed in this program. If you are fully vaccinated, you will need to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or have an approved medical or religious exemption prior to starting.
