Dewberry Farm is one of the Go To places in the Houston/Katy area for Fall! For over 22 years we have been operating our fall festival and we are back bigger then ever this season with our all new Booriffic nights which connects fall festival to Family friendly spooky haunts.
Fall Event starts September 16th - Nov 12th. We are open 6 days a week.
All new Christmas Event November 24 - Dec 23rd.
Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of the Attraction Manager is to oversee the safe and efficient operation of the Attractions at Dewberry Farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning team members to attraction specific positions, rotating team members to other positions, and overseeing the break schedule if applicable. The Attraction Manager will ensure the team has properly clocked in/out as per company policy.
Responsibilities
o Provide strong leadership in overseeing the daily operation of their attraction.
o Be the Communication Champion by relaying important information from the Operations Manager to the various team members.
o Ensure all schedules are posted for the teams in a timely fashion.
o Oversee the Timecard process and make sure the staff is clocking in and out properly.
o Ensure all team members are consistently operating their areas in a “Safety First and Foremost” manner.
o Project an “Always Accessible” image to team members as well as project great listening skills to the team.
o Ensure all staff are wearing the proper uniforms and shoes.
Qualifications
o Currently attending College or a High School diploma is preferred.
o Three years of experience in an attraction or event related business is preferred.
o Must possess great communication skills and be able to speak to the team in a way that the message can be understood and comprehended easily.
o Must have open availability and be able to work holidays.
o This position requires the ability to take direction and transfer the direction into actionable actions for the team.
o The position requires a desire to ensure that the guest experience is always top of mind.
o The Attraction Manager is responsible for ensuring that all staff members are properly trained for their position(s).
o The Attraction Manager will make sure that the attraction area is always clean.
o Must have the ability to work in an outdoor environment in cold or hot weather and be able to tolerate precipitation.
o Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
