What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Admin position at DeWolff, Boberg & Associates?
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned as required)
- Daily administration and support of Salesforce Sales cloud, including configuration updates to security, sharing rules, profiles, roles, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards
- Design and manage ongoing development of the system to meet the organization’s mission.
- Create and maintain documentation on processes and application configuration
- Identify system inefficiencies/gaps, troubleshoot operational issues and explore opportunities for updates
- Stay current on new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Overall database management including maintaining integrity of database and finding additional resources supplement existing database.
- Training new users on system fundamentals and Salesforce best practices
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Prior experience with Salesforce (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (in particular Excel)
- Creative, energetic, self-motivated and high producing
- Problem solving skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with team members, internal customers, high-level staff and external vendors, strong customer service orientation, good writing skills, ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences
- Must be detail-oriented
- Data Entry, Administrative and Reporting Skills
