What are the responsibilities and job description for the Meter Administrator - Baycare position at DEX Imaging?
Dex Imaging is looking for a Meter Administrator to ensure the day-to-day billing for Baycare locations are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Your job will be to support and assist other departments with any meter disputes and questions. The Meter Administrator should be organized and able to multitask with ease.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Process any meter rebills in timely manner
• Monitor Patrol meter error reports for assigned area
• Correction or re-set of meters in a timely fashion.
• Support AR/Contract/Customer service questions in regards to meters.
• Initiate new patrol set-up.
• Process billing daily if not completed by IT Dept
• Ensure that invoices are generated and mailed daily.
• Ensure outside vendors receive their meters in timely manner.
• Problem solver and liaison to Contract Supervisor
• Provide Billing Center Manager with any Meter Read Instructions updates
• Contacting Contract Supervisor regarding issues that require escalation
• Responsible for Meter Group emails and voicemails are addressed in a timely manner
Experience and Qualifications
- High school diploma required and at least 1 year of related experience.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer service experience via email and phone.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail, data entry accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to work independently and as a productive team member.
- Experience with E-Automate a plus!
