We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Analyst who is passionate about applying insights about the digital patient journey to a healthcare setting. The Senior Web Analyst will analyze, and interpret data related to the DexCare Platform, including advising internal and external stakeholders on best practices. The ideal candidate will possess robust Web Analytics architecture, critical thinking, and data visualization skills.

• Frame and evolve a measurement strategy to optimize web analytic insights and product optimization at DexCare
• Provide analysis and insights for Web activity of our product across customer and internal web properties
• Develop self-service and ad-hoc reports that demonstrate Key Success Measures, SLA and ROI for the DexCare products that are dependent on web/mobile performance
• Serve as DexCare’s lead web analytics subject matter expert, advising the organization on the right ways to evolve our web analytics capabilities to maximize our value to customers
• Consult with customer’s analytics teams to ensure a collaborative analytics relationship, including setting up best-in-class analytics environments
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from stakeholders regarding customer web activities.
• Support the Product team in A/B testing and analysis of the utilization and effectiveness of new features
• Support internal Sales and Marketing teams with key insights for our own external website
• Contribute to the development of a data architecture that facilitates rapid and insightful product monitoring and evaluation

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience
• 4 years experience as a web analyst with increasing responsibilities for delivering insights and system architecture
• Experience with the full stack of Web Analytics architecture
• Adobe Customer Journey Analytics experience preferred
• Experience linking web traffic to operational data and collaborating with Data Warehousing systems and teams
• Proven experience in Web Analytics implementation, insights, and interpretation
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, strategy & technology preferred
• Willingness to learn and adapt to modern technologies and tools
