Scope of Work:
- Participate in PI planning sessions, Scrum meetings, and retrospective sessions.
- Gather requirements, conduct analysis, and create technical specification documents.
- Develop OnBase-related APIs and perform configuration changes.
- Participate in walk-throughs, inspections, and review meetings.
- Comply with the standards and processes of the testing organization.
- Acquire knowledge of the business domain and application workflow.
- Coordinate with cross-application teams for upstream and downstream impact analysis.
- Prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines.
- Provide explanations and information to others on topics within the area of expertise.
- Demonstrate experience working iteratively in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills:
Core Skillsets Required by Hiring Manager:
- 8 to 10 years of experience as an OnBase developer, with expertise in Workflow/Workview.
- Proficient in writing Unity scripts for both Unity API and Automation API.
Detailed Technology Experience:
- Development experience with workflows in OnBase.
- Strong understanding of OnBase architecture for all clients, including Configuration Client, OnBase Client, Unity Client, and Web Client.
- Experience designing forms for business decisions, including E-forms and Unity Forms.
- Knowledge of OnBase reporting, configuration migration, and troubleshooting tools such as Report Services, Diagnostic Console, Workflow Doctor, and Configuration Migration.
- Ability to design OnBase Workflow solutions and create and publish OnBase web services and message brokers.
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
