Responsibility
As a Senior Universal Banker III, you will go beyond the basic banking transactions and play a pivotal role in building and maintaining client relationships. You'll be responsible for the adept handling of new consumer and complex business accounts, ensuring a seamless and beneficial banking experience. Your expertise in actively cross-selling and promoting the Bank's products and services will be crucial in achieving sales targets and fostering business growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Advanced Account Management: Open and manage both consumer and complex business accounts, delivering customized financial solutions.
- Sales and Promotion: Actively identify opportunities for cross-selling and promoting the bank's diverse products and services to new and existing clients.
- Customer Excellence: Provide top-tier customer service, building and strengthening client relationships to enhance customer retention.
- Compliance Mastery: Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations and policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act, exercising excellent judgment in handling confidential information.
- Leadership Support: Offer supervisory support, manage large transactions, and provide overrides as necessary, showcasing a high level of responsibility and leadership.
