Position Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily plan to exceed expectations for productivity and accuracy.
- Develop, manage, and nurture new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish profit and sales goals.
- Pro-actively identify and remain actively involved in critical situations that can impact operations and service to customers.
- Lead and develop sales and warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
- Managing facility and team in line with growth, profitability, security, regulatory compliance, and other operating objectives.
- Ensure implementation of operational budgets are in accordance with established spending guidelines.
- Provide direction and communicate company goals and objectives, along with detailed instruction when necessary.
- Promotes safety awareness, accident prevention and employee involvement regarding a safe work environment. Ensures employees understand the safety expectations of the organization.
- All other job duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Responsibilities include employment decisions, disciplinary actions, writing and conducting performance evaluations, recognition, objective setting and associate development; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management or related field or equivalent supervisory experience
