Overall Responsibilities:
- Provide a welcoming & wonderful experience to everyone on the phone and in-person
- Coordinate student, teacher, and director schedules
- Assist in welcome visits, center tours and other parent conferences
- Cheerfully greet, assist and direct students and their families
- Assist in center management and organization
- Maintain a clean and organized environment
- Other duties as needed
Requirements:
- An AMAZING attitude & desire to help children and families
- Prior customer service experience (at least 2 years preferred)
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to be confidential and professional in all circumstances
- Overall smiling and welcoming demeanor
