What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales and Logistics Operations Associate position at DHD Consulting?
Job Specification
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
∙ Manage customers, suppliers, other partners and overall business activities; customer’s requests and requirement by controlling sourcing, inventory, logistics, etc.
∙ Managing activities related to trading between different regions and Investigate optimal shipping options and coordinate with vendors
∙ Shipping documentation handling and revising, Custom clearance compatible with state, federal and international regulations, Various payment processes (merchandise, freight, duty, etc.)
∙ Purchase/Sales data input to ERP(SAP) system
∙ Customer credit, AR and Inventory management
∙ Perform all other functions requested that are within the scope of this job as deemed necessary or appropriate by manager
Qualified candidates must have:
∙ Looking for 3 years or more experience in Sales Operation & Logistics
∙ Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
∙ Ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers and follow up on request accordingly
∙ High level of accuracy & Attention to detail
∙ Dependable, Responsible, Capable of Problem Solving. (customer & vendor disputes, claims, etc.)
∙ Bilingual in English & Korean (at least conversational)
∙ Cost consciousness - Contributes to profits and revenue.
