What you will do:
- Working with Identity and Access management (IAM) Support Service Lead
- Using the tools available, and in cooperation with the operational teams, identify areas where we can make improvements and suggest possible action points
- Local contact for reporting related topics and questions.
- Help the local teams with ad-hoc report needs or data extraction
- Have a local focus, but also working with global initiatives as delegated by IAM Support Service Lead
Will work under direct supervision IAM Support Service Lead
Consultancy Overall:
Within given research goals, builds on and refines appropriate outline ideas for research, i.e. evaluation, development, demonstration and implementation. Uses available resources to gain an up-to-date knowledge of any relevant IT field. Reports on work carried out and may contribute sections of material of publication quality
About the role:
Investigation of operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes and organization. Assisting in defining acceptance tests for these recommendations.
Essential Job Functions:
- Good blend of communication and problem-solving skills, technical competence and be able to think outside the box
- Good overall knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerBI and their features (calculations, DAX language etc)
- Good knowledge of Service Desk tools and how we work
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Be able to work independently and also prioritize the work accordingly
- Having an intermediate level in SQL queries is an advantage.
You should have:
- Experience in Identity and Access Management area (Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ, or similar)
- Education to degree level in business or IT
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong customer orientation - is accepted by customer and sought for advice on his/her topic
- Ability to analyze and decompose business needs into sets of IT requirements
- Proactive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in planning and organizational skills; demonstrates awareness of project management tools and methodologies
- 1-2 years in project environments
- IT or transportation industry experience
- Problem Solving - must be able to find practical and innovative solutions to simple problems
