What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mobile Phlebotomist position at Diagnostics On The Go (DIAGGO)?
Diagnostics On The Go (DIAGGO) is a mobile phlebotomy company that does mobile blood draws. This position will cover the greater Albany area and the surrounding cities. Must have your own vehicle and be willing to travel.
Mobile phlebotomists collect patient blood donations and samples. They prepare blood collection equipment, including needles, tubing, and collection bags. They then find patients' veins, clean and sanitize the skin, and extract the required amount of blood. You will need to purchase your own supplies.
This role is for a mobile phlebotomist who will travel to specific locations (home health, individual homes, workplaces, assisted living facilities) to draw blood and then you will deliver the sample to the directed laboratory or drop off at UPS/FedEx.
You will cover the greater Albany Area and a 45-mile radius. You will need your own supplies to which you will have access to purchasing once you are onboarded with us.
