We're looking for a strong NetSuite developer and system administrator who can help build and support Dialpad ERP system and ready the company for the public markets
The role
The Dialpad Business Technology team is seeking a NetSuite Developer/Administrator to join a fast-growing AI-powered cloud communications and collaboration platform company. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking for a broad range of responsibilities and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This individual will be the techno-functional lead for our ERP application (NetSuite) and provide hands-on expertise for NetSuite users in the design, implementation and support.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-end ERP systems implementation and support
- Collaborate with the implementation partner (SI) and respective business functions to aid successful implementation of the ERP system
- Duties include business requirement gathering,design, build and deliver NetSuite optimal solutions.
- Configuration of new module and build customizations/extensions via Suite Script, Suite Talk, Suite Flow, and Suite Cloud
- Build 3rd party integrations between NetSuite and internal ancillary systems such as SFDC, Adaptive, OKTA etc as well as external integrations such as banks
- Develop and customize workflows, reporting etc
- Maintain user roles/access and assign appropriate permissions/levels of access
- Work with finance business partners to scope work and produce estimates
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, enhancement requests and support requests
- Provide weekly status updates to key business partners
Who you are
We are looking for someone who thrives on working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, and who is very motivated to delight customers and build a large and important enterprise cloud company:
- 7 years of Netsuite NetSuite development with SuiteScript, administration and integrations
- 3 years end-end full suite implementation experience of NestSuite
- Good understanding of key business processes in finance such as order to cash, record to report, procure to pay, cash management and revenue recognition
- Ability to understand business/operational requirements, perform gap analysis and build solutions to meet business needs
- Expert in JavaScript and SuiteScript
- Extensive experience with NetSuite customization, building advanced workflows and reports
- Ability to independently manage individual time and tasks
- Ability to quickly adapt to new requirements, changing situations and learn new technologies
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Be a team player and a people person
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, team-oriented, collaborative environment with tight deadlines
- Operate with a sense of urgency and prioritization
- Inspiring leader with ability to manage direct, indirect, and matrix teams to accomplish transformational goals and best-in-class results
- Strong presentation skills (both oral and content) for both internal and external audiences
- Believes in and demonstrates unwavering integrity
- NetSuite Certification such as SuiteCloud Developer Certification is highly desirable
