The Memphis Redbirds are actively seeking an Account Executive to join their highly dynamic Ticket Sales Team. We believe that Ticket Sales is a vital part of our teams' performance, and our Account Executives play a critical role in that success. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for, but not limited to, the sales and renewals of Full Season, Partial Season and Mini Plan packages.

Meet and exceed established weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals for Season Tickets

Establish strong relationships with Season Ticket Holders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Represent the team at community and sporting events to enhance visibility and engagement.

Account Executives will be expected to self-prospect and fill their pipelines with self-prospected leads.

Input data and maintain current data within the CRM system to grow established relationships and generate new leads.

Provide a superior level of customer service to existing and new business clients. You should under promise and over deliver to fulfill the best experience possible in the ballpark leading to high renewal rates.

Create and contribute positively to the sales team culture by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all team members.

Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to, being on-call to pull tarp and set-up Saturday/holiday fireworks and work other events at AutoZone Park as necessary.
Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in ticket, group, season, suite, or sponsorship sales; sports and entertainment industry experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business or related field preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and enthusiasm for contributing to the success of the department and team.

A Working knowledge of ticketing systems, PowerPoint, and CRM systems is preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
