CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED FOR DIAMOND POINT MANAGEMENT in Lake Placid, NY to oversee a residence renovation. Part-time hours are flexible and can work remote at certain times.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee construction & meet project deadlines
  • Coordinate trades and subcontractors
  • Oversee writing of contracts and bidding of contracts
  • Ordering materials
  • Follow estimates and stay within budgets
  • Meeting with property owners and keeping them informed of job progress
  • Coordinating and managing the entire project from start-up through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors, track job costs
  • Scheduling

Candidates possess the following:

  • Superior communication skills
  • Superior documentation skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to understand project goals and meet set deadlines
  • Must be able to run multiple residential projects concurrently

Qualifications:

  • 10 years’ experience in all aspects of Construction Project Management
  • Management skills required
  • Must be an excellent communicator with superior organizational skills
  • Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients, subcontractors and other members of your team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Work Location: In person
