CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED FOR DIAMOND POINT MANAGEMENT in Lake Placid, NY to oversee a residence renovation. Part-time hours are flexible and can work remote at certain times.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Oversee construction & meet project deadlines
Coordinate trades and subcontractors
Oversee writing of contracts and bidding of contracts
Ordering materials
Follow estimates and stay within budgets
Meeting with property owners and keeping them informed of job progress
Coordinating and managing the entire project from start-up through closeout
Manage subcontractors and vendors, track job costs
Scheduling
Candidates possess the following:
Superior communication skills
Superior documentation skills
Customer Service Skills
Ability to understand project goals and meet set deadlines
Must be able to run multiple residential projects concurrently
Qualifications:
10 years’ experience in all aspects of Construction Project Management
Management skills required
Must be an excellent communicator with superior organizational skills
Ability to work well and communicate efficiently with clients, subcontractors and other members of your team
