About the Job:
DiamondBack’s SaaS Applications Administrator ensures the software-as-a-service applications DiamondBack uses and the information in them can be relied upon by colleagues as easy to use, accurate, and secure. The position is also dedicated to customizing, improving, and automating the workflows and tools within these systems as part of our continual efforts to work smarter toward our mission of being a company people love to work for and customers love to buy from.
Principal Duties:
- Monitor, update, tune, test, troubleshoot most of the SaaS applications DiamondBack uses, including:
- an ERP (Acumatica),
- a CRM (Salesforce),
- an ecommerce platform (Shopify),
- a productivity suite (Google Workspace), and
- a flow-based systems integration platform (Workato)
- Design and develop workflow automations in the above systems
- Ensure error-free flow of information across platforms
- Perform some data export, transform, and load along with light analysis
- Understand and analyze user, project, departmental, and organizational requirements for SaaS applications and the information in them
- Participate in the execution of test plans to ensure desired results are achieved
- Evaluate and assist in the selection of new applications
- Maintain rigorous application of information security and information assurance policies, principles, and practices organization-wide
- Field technical support requests from colleagues and document answers
- Research solutions using vendor documentation
- Serve as a point of contact between DiamondBack and some application vendors
Required Skills, Knowledge, Education, and Training:
- Communication skills, especially active listening and oral and written clarity
- Critical thinking
- Aptitude for learning new systems
- Proficiency with spreadsheets
- Results orientation
- Dependability and flexibility to handle concurrent assignments
- 0–3 years work experience in a business or manufacturing environment—recent college graduates in any field are invited to apply
- Ability to work 80% onsite at our facility in Philipsburg, PA
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Ability to use repetitive hand movements while working at a computer
