ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create customer specific project plans to manage implementations of Continuum software products.
- Maintain issue and action tracking throughout the project from start to project closure.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate, lead, and manage internal resources for all aspects of Continuum customer projects.
- Accomplish financial objectives by initiating and maintaining a budget for Continuum projects.
- Perform workflow and process assessments for potential and active customers to define
- project strategy and optimally achieve project goals in patient care and supply chain areas.
- Present findings from assessments to all levels of organizations.
- Ability to effectively communicate project/study results through professionally written documents and/or oral presentations.
- Monitor and report project pre- and post- go-live metrics.
- Document Opportunities for Improvements (OFIs) and utilize root cause problem solving to develop sustainable improvements.
- Provide go-live support to customers and participate in on-site visits as needed during the project.
- Provide feedback on software user interface design and workflow.
- Participate in Sprint Review and Planning sessions as applicable.
- Assist sales team to provide project plans and/or related documentation for implementations.
- Utilize standard operating procedures, guides, and templates that will aid internal team, sales representatives, and outside customers in implementing and using Continuum solutions.
- Assist with consulting initiatives for Continuum implementations.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and forming essential customer relationships.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Perform service recovery when required.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and attending and participating in various trade shows.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
