The Accountability Manager is responsible for ensuring that lead management processes are adhered to and sales processes through marketing systems are conducted effectively and efficiently. This role involves assisting with various digital platforms and vendor relationships while maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction and online reputation. The Accountability Manager also plays a crucial role in training and coaching, as well as monitoring staff performance and compliance with OEM guidelines.
Accountability Manager Compensation and Benefits:
Accountability Manager Competitive Salary: $28-$33 per hour

Accountability Manager Responsibilities:

Training sales employees in the use of VinSolutions CRM regarding customer relationships and lead processes.

Assigns leads to appropriate sales staff and conducts regular audits to ensure proper follow-up and lead conversation.

Prepare and present performance reports to sales staff, analyzing metrics to drive improvements.

Communicates with vendors such as Autotrader, Edmunds, Carfax, etc. ensuring optimal service and value.

Audit OEM websites for accuracy, marketing effectiveness, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with staff to ensure compliance and optimization.

Monitors Adsource platforms, ensuring effective advertising strategies and execution.

Manages the use of Roadster for online sales and customer interactions.

Monitor CSI, online reviews, and reputation on platforms. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and address negative feedback.

Facilitate effective communication across teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.

Manage SharePoint for document storage, sharing, and collaboration among staff.

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, providing training and coaching to ensure they are well-prepared.

Audits co-op advertising programs to maximize marketing budgets and effectiveness.

Serve as primary CRM expert in dealership, understanding all features and functionality, as well as best practices.
- Manages dealership website by updating staff photos, audit link navigation, and layout/images alignment correct and verified in both mobile and desktop.
Accountability Manager Qualifications:

Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.

Computer literate (MS Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook)
