Do you like to work for a company that encompasses great energy and drive?! We are looking for a driven and energized candidate, ready to learn! Our sales associates make great money with our fast paced, incentivized sales team. Join the team as a Sales Associate.

Starting Pay is $18 per hour plus Bonuses & Commission

As a Dicks Pawn Team Member You will:

  • Provide excellent customer service assisting customers with product education and availability.
  • Communicate with customers about Dicks Pawn Services and assess customers need.
  • Be responsible to meet or exceed monthly goals set forth for each category.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize duties, and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate items for value for a loan, trade or sale.
  • Complete compliance training on firearms, electronics, musical instruments and fine jewelry.
