What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Coordinator position at Dicker Staffing Services?

HR Coordinator - Responsibilities:

  • Manage human resources' files.
  • Ensure all new hire paperwork is complete, including I-9s.
  • Onboard new hires.
  • Answer employees' questions.
  • Assist with tuition reimbursement.
  • Post positions.
  • Assist with recruiting.

This is a temporary to hire opportunity.

HR Coordinator - Qualifications:

  • Two to three years of experience in an HR Coordinator role.
  • Experience with onboarding.
  • Experience with recruiting and posting positions.

We utilize E-Verify.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour
