Job Description
Are you our next Sr. Designer? DiD is growing and we're looking for an awesome creative to join our team. In this role you'll collaborate with your cross-functional team (creative, account, tech, project management) to develop digital and traditional projects for our roster of health and wellness clients. Our ideal candidate:
- Has advertising or marketing agency experience and has worked with a variety of brands
- Has a broad knowledge of print production and design for traditional and digital mediums
- Understands usability, information architecture, and responsive design
- Leverages experience to begin creating unique and original design solutions; brainstorms concepts with the team
- Follows the creative brief
- Collaborates with Art Directors and Creative Directors in creative concepting and execution of assigned projects
- Continues to learn from, and respond to, feedback
- Offers new and unique ideas and concepts; easily shifts style to adapt to clients’ needs
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum experience working in an advertising or marketing agency REQUIRED
- Recent, up-to date portfolio; must include executed print and digital work REQUIRED
- Demonstrated creative skills; mastery of composition techniques, color theory and relationships, typography, perspective and space, print production, and photography
- Exceptional Adobe Creative Cloud skills
- Experience working on multiple projects within a fast-paced environment
- Strong creative and innovation capabilities
- Proven ability to collaborate with others while also being able to work independently
- Ability to think creatively and conceptually
- Bachelor's degree in Art, Design or related field
