Responsibilities:
Initially, your focus will be on mastering our proprietary sales process - calling on small to medium-sized businesses within your assigned local territory, presenting to groups and individuals, expanding your client base through referrals and new client acquisition. Essentially, you will be building a new book of business in a new territory. Once you have met the required sales benchmarks, you will have the ability to move forward into a Team Leader role which is a fusion of Sales and Leadership. While still maintaining & growing your own book of business, you will have new hires assigned to your team for training and mentoring. Your ability to execute your own selling priorities while also making time to coach and mentor your team will be vital to your overall success.
