The DIFFERENTREGARD Team is seeking an experienced Pattern Maker who is responsible for monitoring there quality control, efficiency & productivity. The applicant must work collaboratively in a team environment and provide technical expertise as needed. Pattern maker will manage both men & women division. The applicant must be flexible and able to work with multiple teams such as design, sewing, according to the teams need to get the job done. Primarily your role will be a Pattern Maker
Pattern Maker will be responsible:
- Must understand 2D flat and 3D pattern
- Minimum Qualifications
- Be efficient with Gerber CAD and PLM software
- Able to work independently or team environment
- Ability to read, articulate, communicate, understand, comprehend, speak English & must be able to interpret written or verbal instructions
- Must be organize, neat, and workstation must be clean
- Willing and able to meet deadlines, task, or goals
- Must be reliable and have strong reliable attendance
- Create flat pattern drafts
- Grade patterns
- Adjust & repair discrepancies.
- Produce patterns that can be can be replicated.
- Provide Technical testing with different finishes.
- Sometimes include Cut fabric & provide finishing to garments.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have basic and 7-10 years of industry experience in Apparel Pattern Making
- Have experience using CAD Gerber or similar Pattern software
- Make flat patterns and grade
- Can create Men's and Women's apparel patterns
- Able to work independently or team environment
- Ability to read, articulate, communicate, understand, comprehend, speak English & must be able to interpret written and verbal instructions
- Must be organize, neat, and workstation must be clean
- Willing and able to meet deadlines, task, or goals
- Must be reliable and have strong reliable attendance
- Provide Technical testing with different fabrics
- Must have experience cutting with industrial rotary and straight cutting tools and marking
- Provide Technical testing with different fabrics
- Interface fabrics
- Ensure compliance with product specifications.
- Ensure that the materials are used according to the required consumption.
- Report the consumption of materials on the indicated sheet.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Have a passion for perfection
- Previous experience cutting fabrics or skilled craft a plus
