About Digital Accessibility by WeCo

Digital Accessibility by WeCo is a unique company that specialized in WCAG, Section 508 and Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, through the knowledge and insights of a team of experts and testers who live with disabilities.

Founded in 2011 by an early government accessibility specialist who was born with two cognitive disabilities, WeCo is an equal opportunity employer with a dual mission of helping organizations create accessible digital venues and providing career opportunities to talented professionals with disabilities.

At WeCo, work/life balance is much more than a statement.  We believe that offering a flexible work schedule and generous paid time off to both our part- and full-time employees, is key to helping our people bring their best to the table every day.

Please note: Some roles within our company require living with a disability as part of the job role.  This will be reflected in the job requirements.
