The Manager, Consumer Engagement is a full-time, onsite, salaried position based in Old Town Scottsdale. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong work ethic, professional attitude, and a desire to excel within a fast-paced environment. They will supervise a portion of the Consumer Engagement team responsible for being the virtual connection between our company and our partnering auto dealership clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervising a Consumer Engagement team, ensuring all contractual client obligations are met
- Setting standards for output, excellence, and client retention; helping the team meet those standards
- Serving as the subject matter expert in marketing copy, particularly social content, the consumer experience, and virtual retailing
- Supporting specialists and the Consumer Engagement team with strategy and troubleshooting
- Hiring, floor-coaching, and developing employees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or proven field experience required
- 3-5 years management experience with proven ability to lead a team
- Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or providing feedback to team members
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience analyzing data and building reports
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Proven track record of being extremely professional with customers and internal team members
- Effective time management and task prioritization
- Resourceful, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient, and detail oriented
