Nationally recognized AT&T Dealer seeking one qualified individual for customer service.
As an Account Representative for Digitalink Communications, you will be responsible for assisting apartment communities with generating sales leads for AT&T. Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to and from apartment communities all across the USA.
This position will require you to establish good rapport with Leasing Consultants and Property Managers, as well as making sure they are receiving the correct incentives (type and amount) and in a timely fashion. This is a warm, fun and easy going environment.
Hourly plus commission, the right candidate can earn $55,000 per year if they put in the effort.

Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls on a daily basis.
- Collecting referrals
- Educate Leasing Consultants on referral program
- Answer Leasing Consultants questions, Customer Service
- Maintain good rapport with Leasing Consultants
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Previous experience in customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule - early, late or weekend shift
- Casual atmosphere, team environment, fun and nice people to work with
- Reliable, supportive on site management
- Overtime available.
