EverCommerce's Digital Marketing Solutions group is seeking a Product Manager to join our fast-growing team!

You:

You have a passion for building accessible, easy-to-use digital products. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, launch, and management of client-facing and internal products ranging from digital marketing solutions to workflow management software. You will be a key partner to the product engineering team and should have strong technical product management skills including writing technical specs and leveraging workflow technology to automate processes.

The Digital Marketing Solutions division is currently comprised of 3 brands: Socius Marketing, Market Hardware, and Brighter Vision. We provide localized digital marketing technology and solutions – from website design, optimization, and maintenance, to paid search and paid social campaign management, to content development – to service professionals in home services, and healthcare services. Our goal is to be the category leader in digital marketing in the verticals we serve. This position will be a critical element in reaching and maintaining that vision.

Where:

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with offices in more than 40 locations in the U.S. and Canada. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working across time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States. If you are close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any company to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute against the product strategy and provide direction around product roadmap, efficiency opportunities, and competitive analytics.

  • Communicate cross-functionally to drive business goals

  • Manage product roadmap for new/enhanced offerings including pricing and packaging

  • Conduct primary research to discover customer pain points and identify market opportunities

  • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from definition through deployment and support

  • Partner with engineering teams to project manage OKR delivery

  • Build/design integrated workflow systems leveraging automation tools like Zapier, Workato, or Tray,io.

  • Execute ongoing competitive analysis and provide sales-facing competitive battle-cards

  • Partner with GE on product marketing to develop clear, consistent, and compelling value propositions and messaging that differentiates DMS solutions from our competitors

  • Partner with development, designers and broader UX teams to build software that is useful, useable, delights and solves real customer (internal and external) pain points

  • Serve as the primary product point of contact for operations and provide tier 3 product support

  • Manage vendor relationships and QBRs

  • Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market

  • Design and build product management reporting for leadership, sales partners, and delivery partners

  • Participate in workflow automation tool vetting and implementation

  • Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management

Skills and experience we're seeking:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a product management role with experience in digital marketing and/or marketing technology or services.

  • B2B, SaaS experience, technology-enabled services preferred

  • Superior project management and interpersonal skills

  • Building products and services based on proprietary data and analytics

  • A strong bias for action and results and the ability to establish clear priorities

  • An obsession for understanding clients and improving the user experience

  • Strong listening, influencing, verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organization and time management skills required

  • Self-motivated and an internal desire to exceed results

  • Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and able to work independently

  • Experienced in agile product planning and development methodologies

  • Ability to travel 25% within the US & Canada (post COVID-19)

  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressure

  • Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative

  • Team player who collaborates well with others

  • Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience

Compensation: The target compensation for this position is $90,000 to 100,000 per year in Colorado and most remote locations. Final offer amounts will be determined based on candidate experience, location, and other factors, and may vary from this range.
