Our global pharmaceutical client is seeking a Traffic Manager (mainly print and non-interactive) to “wrangle” creative projects and keep them on time and on budget! This individual will follow the agency project lifecycle and work with creatives to make sure everyone is staying on track to complete their tasks! Must be comfortable juggling multiple projects at one time all while keeping everyone in the loop with status updates.

Responsibilities
- Ability to manage projects while indirectly managing the people that are working on the projects - this means project follow up with the individuals owning the stages of the project, routing print and non-interactive projects through a digital routing system while continuously communicating to the team where projects are and providing next steps.
- Responsible to know the stage and status of all work and be able to work with all levels of staff - from Account Coordinators to VPs
- Anticipate roadblocks within the process of the projects and be able to provide solutions to overcome them
- Create, manage and update all timelines and estimates for all projects
- Work with team to prioritize workload
- Conduct weekly meetings
- Manage digital routes, ensuring the appropriate teams member’s review in a timely manner
- Bachelor’s Degree - related field or equivalent advertising agency experience
- Minimum 5 years of Traffic Management experience within an ad agency- how print work is preferred
- Thorough working knowledge of graphic design and advertising print production techniques equivalent to a minimum of 2 - 3 years in an advertising agency studio
- Proficient at forecasting potential roadblocks by using problem solving abilities to find alternative solutions and reach a positive outcome
- Ability to act with little direction and work well with internal staff to keep projects prioritized and on schedule
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic
- Understanding of how print works
- Experience with Microsoft Office and maintaining up-to-date computer skills
- Knowledge of ProofHQ, MS Project and Advantage software systems a plus
