DigitalBridge seeks an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to support us in our New York office. The Business Partner will act as our on-the-ground support in aligning staff to business objectives, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, implementing HR initiatives, & running orientation and onboarding processes, amongst other duties. This role reports to the Managing Director & Global Head of Human Resources, who sits in our Boca Raton, FL headquarters.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
- Acting as point-of-contact for guidance on people practices
- Engaging and building relationships with department heads and others around the business.
- Encouraging positive relations between staff and employers.
- Evaluating staff needs.
- Contributing to planning and strategic discussions by advising on staff challenges, etc.
- Supporting recruitment efforts.
- Delivery of meaningful HR Analytic-driven solutions to individual employee challenges through effective use of HRIS
- Managing local staff wellness initiatives.
- Building on our office culture and morale
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience
- HR experience in a corporate environment
- Ability to foster relationships with staff across all levels
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of organization
- HR-related professional qualifications preferred (but not required)
- Experience in Financial Services/Private equity preferred (but not required)

The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000 for a full-time employee in New York City. The base salary offered will depend on qualifications, market data and internal equity
