- Create and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
- Train beauty advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure that the store is properly stocked with products and supplies
- Perform product demos and provide makeup application services to customers
- Operate the cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the beauty industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively train and motivate a team
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Proficient in using POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling
- Strong retail math skills for inventory management
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
