Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Brand Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of brand strategies to drive 5% sales growth over last year.
Duties:
- Lead with exceptional service
- Engage every client by utilizing our free high-touch services
- Partner with Cosmetics Sales Manager to develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to meet company objectives
- Create and maintain a strong clientele of loyal customers
- Collaborate with other Brand Leaders and associates to drive brand total work-center sales
- Drive strategic planning initiatives to achieve brand goals and targets
- Develop and inspire counter associates to achieve personal sales goals and brand sales goals
- Plan and execute a minimum of one grassroots event monthly
- Process a minimum of one customer credit application per week
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and caseline directives
Required:
- Proven experience in brand management or people leadership
- Familiarity with coaching and development of subordinates to drive the business forward
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire teams
- Planning and executing successful events
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly
In addition to the hour rate, this position offers a 2% commission on all personal sales contingent upon the work-center exceeding 5% of last year’s sales. An additional 2% commission is awarded when the counter exceeds 5% of last year’s sales. Additional SPIFF‘s and bonuses are available during certain periods for select products.
