Dillards at Cheyenne Wy is currently looking for the perfect new member to round out our team of lingerie experts.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with women in a high-end retail environment. She will enjoy helping women look and feel their best. Being comfortable working one-on-one with customers in an intimate setting is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, and track progress towards targets
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges

Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of business development strategies and techniques
- Proficiency in project management principles and tools
