```Duties``` - Greet customers and provide them with assistance in finding products or answering their questions - Recommend and upsell products based on customer needs and preferences - Operate cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems to process customer transactions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or complaints - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating discounts or change - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Ability to upsell products and provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs - Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus for serving diverse customer base - Familiarity with technical sales or electronics is beneficial for selling specialized products Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
