Job Description
This position requires 2-20 P&C licensing. This position will require expertise in the sales and service of all lines of business in the office as well as a back up to all agency employees. In addition to leading the Dimmitt Insurance Agency (DIA) team, you will be responsible for business development, production, service, retention, and carrier relationships.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Highschool diploma or equivalency
- Four (4) year College degree in a related field preferred (RMI, Actuarial Science)
- One year of relevant industry experience
- Fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques
- Comfortable prospecting, including cold-calling and internet and database research
- Working knowledge of the insurance sales industry
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
- Able to deal with confidential information appropriately
- Highly professional and dependable
- Strong computer and internet skills
- 2-20 Property & Casualty License Required

Compensation Plan
Salary $50,000 1.5% bonus of monthly annualized new premium $500/mo auto allowance.
