About the Role:
The Recruiter maintains and consistently improves the company’s recruiting by planning, implementing, evaluating and improving recruiting policies, programs and practices. The Recruiter recruits and hires qualified exempt and non-exempt candidates to hit company goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishes recruiting requirements by identifying the managers’ and stores’ needs
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications
- Builds applicant sources by researching and building connections with community organizations, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, social networking sites, and other resources.
- Attracts applicants by placing and managing job advertisements and working with recruiters and headhunters
- Managing job posts on assigned job boards and sources
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants and analyzing responses against the job description
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring job offers and compensation practices, and emphasizing benefits and perks
- Stays current on legislation and regulations regarding recruitment and onboarding
- Understand the needs of applicants and employees and address them in a timely manner
- Complies with local, state, and federal government labor laws and procedures

Job Requirements:
- 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience as a Recruiter required
- Experience in restaurant recruiting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
- Positive and Professional Attitude
