About this role:
As CRM Lead you will report to the Customer Director and be responsible for the development, implementation and growth of our customer database. You’ll also focus on the continual optimisation of customer touchpoints, improvement of our customer’s experience and the delivery of all targeted customer communications.
This is a Hybrid role
What we need you to do:
- Plan, develop and implement our Global Segmentation and CRM Strategy; delighting our customers and driving engagement & retention.
- Increase referral and customer lifetime value metrics; converting new users into customers and customers into evangelists.
- Continually evaluate, A/B test and optimize customer touchpoints to improve the customer experience and increase overall revenue.
- Anticipate customer needs and proactively contribute to the product roadmap to drive customer value.
- Develop and own the customer contact strategy ensuring that the business has the ability to deliver effective messaging, upselling and cross selling across the customer journey. Right message, right medium, right time!
- Develop and manage early lifecycles loyalty, referral and win-back programs where appropriate.
- Ensure all learnings, best practice, training and governance is implemented across all markets.
- Build, inspire and motivate a team to deliver a shared goal.
What we are looking for:
- 3 years’ experience working in a CRM team with a solid understanding of CRM fundamentals.
- Constantly seeking a better way of working and embedding that culture within your team
- Ability to operate at a strategic level as well as being comfortable with tactical prioritisaton of tasks and their delivery
- Successful track record of working with a large scale ESP and expertise in marketing automation systems
- A flexible personality that can thrive in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company.
- Understands agile sprint methodology and regularly interfaces with technology and data teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and turn it into actionable initiatives.
