Direct Orthopedic Care (DOC) is seeking qualified candidates for a Recruiter.
Job Responsibilities:
- I perform full cycle recruitment duties which could include posting jobs, sourcing and screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- I act as a constant point of contact for candidates during interviewing and hiring process to ensure timely feedback and an optimal experience.
- I help ensure the ATS is up to date and accurate.
- I assist with setup and maintenance of new hire personnel files.
- I resolve issues regarding the interview and hiring process.
- I work directly with managers to streamline hiring processes and enhance employee and candidate experience.
- I am a team player and stay positive in an ongoing and changing environment.
- I perform other duties as assigned.

Skills Desired:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 1 years of recruiting experience
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices
- Strong PC Computer Skills MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook PowerPoint), Internet, Database
