Full-Stack Developer Intern

Direqt is a global conversational AI company powering chat experiences for the world's leading content creators and brands. We're looking for talented software developers to join our team as interns to help transform how millions of people interact with our cutting-edge chat experiences.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about software development and have a strong understanding of programming concepts. You will work closely with our senior developers to develop, test, and maintain Direqt’s products. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code and ensuring the highest level of code quality. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team of developers to design and develop web and chat applications leveraging the latest technologies in web development and AI
• Work on back-end or front-end development tasks, including:
• Utilizing Nodejs to provide reliable and highly scalable services
• Creating solutions utilizing JavaScript/TypeScript libraries and frameworks, such as Angular and Vue.js, to provide responsive user interfaces
• Participate in code reviews and ensure code meets coding standards and best practices
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and web development
  

Preferred Skills And Qualifications‍

• Must be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks
• Familiarity with Node.js
• Experience with TypeScript
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues independently
