As a Foreman, you will be responsible for managing your team, their time and resources, and ensuring projects are completed to our high standards. You will collaborate with the project manager to ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
Responsibilities...
- Manage and complete masonry projects in collaboration with your crew while adhering to our Disciple Values and distinct service standards.
- Maintain open lines of communication with your team and project manager on daily expectations and scheduling.
- Provide clear expectations and guidance to your crew daily, and ensure all materials, equipment, tools, and other necessary items are on site, operable, and managed with great care each day.
Responsibilities...
- 5 years of masonry experience.
- Experienced in all areas of masonry and capable of finishing any scope of work from beginning to end.
- Able to read blueprints and building layouts with a background in framing and the structure of buildings.
- High level skills and knowledge of industry standard techniques and specifications, as well as workflows for job prep, site prep, lay out, production, and project completion.
- Strong crew management and conflict resolution skills.
