Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the warehouse, including

inventory control, receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and staff supervision. Your primary objective will

be to ensure the efficient and effective utilization of resources, maintain accurate inventory records, and

optimize operational processes to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and direct warehouse operations to ensure efficient utilization of space,

resources, and personnel.

Oversee the receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming products and materials, ensuring

accuracy and timely recording. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maintain accurate inventory levels and

minimize stock discrepancies. Coordinate order fulfillment processes to meet deadlines. Optimize warehouse layout and storage methods to maximize space utilization and enhance

operational efficiency. Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

for all warehouse staff. Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel, including scheduling work assignments,

conducting performance evaluations, and providing coaching and guidance. Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.

- Dispatch orders in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and buy necessary supplies
- Utilize AS400 or similar software to track inventory, orders, and shipments
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment

Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in materials management and inventory control
- Familiarity with fleet management principles is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
