Job description:
DDP Account Management
- Focus on and driving results for all current business priorities (BYOD, GAs, retention, profitability)
- Manage DDP line of credit and inventory at the DDP and retailer level (On-shelf Availability)
- C-level readouts on business KPIs and recommendations
- Contract compliance and negotiation (DDP requirements)
- Review daily reports to identify outliers within each DDP and facilitate actionable plans for improvement (Elevate U Game Plan)
- Liaison between all Boost stakeholders and channel distribution (7 DDPs and 8K doors)
- Ensure alignment between DDPs and Boost Executive teams (Field, Ops, Logistics, Marketing)
- Account and project manage revenue driving vendor partnerships – Comcast, Ondigo, Ark Ideas, Elevate POS & Elevate Marketing
DDP Execution and Responsibility
- At least 50% travel with primary focus on driving business priorities through DDP and key retailer meetings
- Support the field team in their “Boost Offense” and help drive the Sales First, People first culture.
- Account execution by DDP – Trainings calendars, Inventory Management (OSA), QBRs with dealer plans for BYOD, 3MR-6MR, PSA, profitability and new store growth/relocation/re-models.
4.0 Distribution Growth
- Manage DDP new store growth commitments and current % to target with DDP principals to ensure year-end goals will be achieved
- Real estate ride-along with DDP’s within search rings as part of weekly market visits
- Lease/On Hold follow-up and assist to resolve with each DDP.
- Coordinate with local ISM and AE team for search rings, real estate opportunities, and lease updates
Minimum required skills / experience:
- 5 years in account management
- Prepaid Wireless industry knowledge
- Proficient in GSuite and MS Office products

- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills at all levels of the organization, striving for win-win solutions
- Demonstrates appropriate escalation and conflict resolution skills
- Identifies potential risks and opportunities, surfaces them to management with a recommended course of action to address
- Demonstrates excellent presentation skills with executive management and DDP teams (QBR s, and requirements reviews)
- Demonstrates advanced skills in judgment, listening, and decision making.
- Understanding and positioning DISH products and services based on DDP needs
- Understands and applies information related to the Prepaid Retail Wireless business in order to contribute to DISH strategic plan
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity, ambition, fortitude, and discipline to effectively perform and meet business goals and objectives
- Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills.
