Boost Infinite is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for driving subscriber growth by facilitating the launch of new distribution channels with a focus on digital partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities and working with both internal and external stakeholders to formulate and drive execution plans.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate new digital distribution opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute on launch plans
- Drive project execution and ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Monitor and report on performance metrics for digital distribution
- Continuously analyze market trends and make recommendations to improve Boost Infinite's subscriber growth strategy
- Represent Boost Infinite professionally while working with external partners
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong technical and operational acumen
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry
- Experience facilitating contracts between two parties
- Proven track record of successfully launching new distribution channels
