The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for managing all financial planning, customer service/satisfaction, training, internal and external growth, maximization of asset utilization, and achieving overall company goals in a given market of the region.

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Bachelor's degree coupled with five plus years related District/Regional Operations experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. A background check and drug test will also be preformed as part of pre-employment requirements.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for managing all financial planning, customer service/satisfaction, training, internal and external growth, maximization of asset utilization, and achieving overall company goals in a given market of the region.
Specific management duties include:
- Directs cost-focused P&L responsibilities for regional departments and participates in the development of fiscal budgets
- Responsible for achieving regional installation goals and promoting installation and repair services to consumers
- Oversees the hiring, training and recruiting needs and complies with management reporting and communications, as requested
- Provides daily leadership to employees within the regional departments, manages subordinate professionals, and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the unit
- Travels to meet with prospective clients, customers, local service centers and attend company meetings, as required
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems

- Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
- Flexible; able to manage responsibilities and priorities in a fast paced, growth oriented and time-critical environment, across a given market (500 indirect reports)
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
- Ability to respond, interact, and collaborate with all levels of the organization
