The Wireless User Acceptance Testing team is made up of application owners who oversee the wireless integration within the Agent Experience and Training organization. The team ensures a best-in-class user experience for agents by testing, maintaining, and improving application experience.
Primary responsibilities fall into the following areas:
- Leads a team of three analysts responsible for the testing, development, and optimization of the wireless applications used in the CXO: Customer app, MyDish Web, MyDish App, IVR, Chat (ASAPP), and mobile assets
- Sets the roadmap and vision for agent wireless applications, in alignment with the broader department goals, and effectively communicates these strategies with CXO leadership and partners
- Evaluates requirements for business needs and optimal user experience within the wireless applications and resolves conflicting requirements with the project and product stakeholders
- Works closely with external vendors and IT to drive a product roadmap and improve the functionality and performance of the wireless applications
- Focuses on developing the team by providing challenging and stretching goals and assignments, holds frequent development discussions, and constructs and executes compelling development plans
A successful Wireless UAT Manager will have the following:
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or at least four years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience- Proven ability to effectively handle and prioritize multiple wireless application roadmaps, including vendor management
- Strong business judgment, financial acumen and decision-making skills
- Strong executive-level communication skills (listening, written, verbal, presentation)
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and resourcefully
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Demonstrated success leading and building a high-performing team through recruiting, coaching and training
