Responsibilities :
- Design and develop a robust onboarding experience for Consumer Products Games and Publishing (CPGP) cast and employees
- Research and anticipate the diverse needs of new and existing cast/employees
- Develop experiences that set new cast/employees up for success in acclimating to the Walt Disney Company, DPEP Segment and CPGP organization
- Ensure onboarding appropriately addresses the logistical, professional and personal onboarding needs at all levels
- Create experiences and develop resources that foster a culture of inclusion, creativity, respect, trust and professionalism
- Project manage all aspects of the project, ensuring clear communication and superior execution of plans
- Support ongoing initiates related to the Florida Campus project ranging from space planning to recruitment
- Act as the liaison between the CPGP HR team and the functional project teams such as Global Mobility, Org Management and Talent Acquisition
- Develop appropriate documentation and resources to support employees in their transition from California to Florida
- Build and maintain project plans, outlining clear deliverables and working with key stakeholders to keep project on schedule
- Effectively write, prepare, and build project documents, presentations, business updates, and end-user communications
- Communicate ongoing initiative-related updates and timely, relevant information to key stakeholders
- Leverage research to support project decisions and recommendations
- Any other related duties needed to help achieve business objectives
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, human resources, training and development or related field
- Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships with business leaders and partners
- Superior organizational and process skills, as demonstrated by an ability to achieve milestones and objectives
- Ability to customize solutions to the context and needs of the organization(s)
- Experience in designing , issue identification, and development of practical solutions
- Exceptional project management and planning skills
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to self-manage and work effectively leaders and partners at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Training and development experience in content design
- Strong knowledge of Disney and DPEP processes, policies and onboarding requirements
- Ability to identify creative and innovative solutions that lead to unique and impactful employee experiences
