We are Medical Marijuana Dispensary looking for team members that are highly motivated, reliable, and know about Cannabis and its medicinal benefits. Individuals must have a flexible schedule and be open to working weekends and nights.
Dispensary General Manager Requirements:
The Store Manager will manage personnel, track inventory, sales goals, and general day-to-day matters. You will communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to implement and maintain store goals, values, policies, and procedures in accordance with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage all pricing, and sales of inventory on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis.
- Inventory management
- Compliance
- Adhere to and promote a culture of compliance as it pertains to state and company Regulations.
- Assist and support staff training in accordance with company and state requirements.
- Regularly communicate with and update higher levels of management.
- Manage and adjust staffing needs to handle the daily workload appropriately.
- Ensure excellent customer service from each employee in every transaction made.
- Recruitment and hiring.
- Train & develop staff to meet brand standards
- Manage general operations within a single retail store
- Plan, organize, and manage retail schedule within budgeted hour
- Complete oversight of inventory and financials
- Make sure all State and Local compliance requirements are met
Requirements
- Must pass any and all required background checks
- 1 years of experience working P.O.S system
- 5 years of experience in retail sales & customer service
- Punctual, meticulous, reliable, organized
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Great leadership and interpersonal skills
- Extensive experience with technology and point of sale systems
- Working knowledge of inventory and sales reports
- 2 of years’ experience in a retail management position
