What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Displays and Signage?

Displays and Signage provides advertising, marketing and promotional products to large network of Distributors. We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Account Manager to join our growing team of sales professionals. The individual chosen for this position will cultivate, maintain and expand relationships with key accounts. They will support those accounts by actively responding to quote requests and sales orders relating to our marketing and advertising display products. Must have proven track record achieving and exceeding Sales targets. We have a high energy team that thrives in a fast paced environment. The company is growing and we value our employees.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Direct one-to-one communications with existing and prospective customers
  • Active generation of new sales leads
  • Promote company new products and sales campaigns
  • Maintenance of databases of existing and prospective customers
  • Work cooperatively in a mutually supportive sales team environment
  • Candidate must meet and exceed set sales goals

Experience Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of sustained success in an inside or outside sales/client relationship role
  • Promotional product wholesale industry sales experience preferred
  • Proven track record of growing revenue and excelling in performance based environment
  • Excellent written, verbal and telephone skills to develop, identify and close sales
  • Proven ability building of client relationships
  • Self-motivated and highly driven to exceed sales target
  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,600.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Experience:

  • Sales Experience: 3 years (Preferred)
