About You: We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing team. Whether you have worked in the debt settlement, mortgage, recruiting, internet car sales, or have inside sales experience in a different industry altogether, this position could be for you. Or if you are looking to get your foot in the door for a sales position, this could be the right fit as we provide in depth training and help build confidence on the phones.

Position Summary:

The Business Development Representative position is responsible for prospecting for qualified candidates and creating opportunities for our Annuity Analysts. As the BDR, you will stay in constant contact with clients, shepherding transactions through the sales cycle. This person must be able to utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport and establish trust with customers and coworkers. This person must be able to work collaboratively in a competitive, team-oriented environment. To be successful in this position, you must be constantly prospecting via outbound cold calling.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing strong relationships with structured recipients
  • Determining customers’ financial needs and creating financial solutions
  • Exercising diligence in planning, following up regularly, and working with clients to facilitate the timely closing of transactions
  • Consistently performing the required daily activities to build a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Continually adding new prospects to pipeline to grow sales volume incrementally

Qualifications

  • Inside Sales experience is a plus
  • Strong comfortability on the phone
  • Persistent problem-solving forging relationships both over the phone and in person
  • Driven to meet goals, generate results, and overcome objections
  • Advanced business acumen and understanding of sales
  • Superb negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast paced multitask driven environment
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software and ability to use company CRM
  • Bilingual is a plus

Compensation

  • First year up to $50,000 - salary commission
  • Unlimited earning potential

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $40,000-$45,000

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
