Distrito Federal (DF) news boutique restaurant in downtown Campbell is now hiring Servers/Host. We are looking for energetic, friendly people who really understand Hospitality to join our growing team. Our restaurant prides itself on quality and freshness by serving handcrafted and elevated Mexican street food. Our bar program follows suit with fresh squeezed juice, a variety of crowd-pleasing margaritas, and a unique agave spirit list. We are locally owned and operated which allows potential for fast growth within the company. Available Positions:

Host
Greet guests as they walk in to the restaurant
Help guests with reservations and guide them to their table
Give accurate wait time estimates
Provide guests with menus and answer initial questions they may have
Optimize seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
Answer phones and schedule reservations with large parties
Handle To-Go orders from phone and third party apps

Server

Guest-centric
Ability to communicate with serving and kitchen staff
Experience developing interpersonal relationships with colleagues and guests
Active listening
Good time management skills

Ability to Upsell items
Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
Provide EXCELLENT guest service
Adhere to all relevant health department regulations
Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
